What to have ready
- The mobile number you registered with. Accounts are opened with a mobile number in the 60 format, for example 60126668888.
- Your password. It was set at 6 to 20 characters when the account was opened.
If you signed up back when the platform was called BEARBRICK888, start with the details you used then.
Logging in, step by step
- Open the platform.
Press Log in on this page. It opens POPMART89.
- Find the Login button.
On a phone it sits beside Register, right under the welcome banner. On a computer, the Login and Register pair is in the right-hand panel.
- Enter the details you registered with.
Then confirm.
- Check your balance shows.
On a computer it appears at the top of the right-hand panel, next to the Redeem and Check In buttons.

Under the banner, the phone home screen has shortcuts to Correct Score, VIP Club, Putaran Bertuah (the lucky spin) and Top 20 Referrer, then a referral strip with Invite, Copy Link, Downline and More Info.
On a computer the layout spreads out: game sections down the left, games in the middle, and on the right your balance, a seven-day check-in strip and the referral tools. The strip carries a reminder that check-in progress resets after one day of inactivity, which matters if you are working towards the daily check-in reward.
When login fails
- Details rejected. Check you are using the mobile number you registered with, and that caps lock is off.
- Forgotten password. Ask Live Chat. It is in the bottom bar even before you sign in.
- Everything looks unfamiliar. That is expected after the rename: the platform announced a new look along with the new name. Check the address, though (see below).
- Never had an account? Then there is nothing to log in to yet; follow the sign-up guide.
Avoiding fake sites
The platform runs a scrolling banner across the top of its pages warning players to beware of fake POPMART89 sites and to always verify the address. A rename is exactly when copycats appear, so take it seriously:
- Use the same link every time, one you have used safely before, and bookmark it.
- Never share your password or SMS verification code with anyone, including people who message you claiming to be support.
- Be suspicious of a site that looks right but sits at an address you have not used before.
Live Chat and Telegram
As of 1 November 2026, the platform offers Live Chat from its bottom bar and runs a Telegram channel and bot; the computer
home screen has a Follow Telegram Channel
